  • Selected candidates will go through an extensive, specially curated, one-year program that will provide best-in-class experiences, facilitators, and cutting-edge content.
  • A comprehensive curriculum was designed, including NHO, formal learning, experiential learning, coaching/mentoring, group learning/projects, team building, and assessments.
  • Curriculums were designed for domain and professional skills.
  • External vendors were identified and partnerships developed for best-in-class learning experiences. Internal trainings and TTT programs were also designed.
