- A comprehensive curriculum was designed, including NHO, formal learning, experiential learning, coaching/mentoring, group learning/projects, team building, and assessments.
- Curriculums were designed for domain and professional skills.
- External vendors were identified and partnerships developed for best-in-class learning experiences. Internal trainings and TTT programs were also designed.
